  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels. Generously season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the skin is golden and crispy.
  5. Flip the chicken over and transfer the skillet to your preheated oven.
