Delicious crispy chicken tenders coated in a creamy Parmesan mixture, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (or Romano)
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Crushed Ritz Crackers (or cornflakes or panko)
  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the crushed Ritz crackers in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Roll the coated chicken in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to help them stick.
  6. Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Let the tenders rest for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
