A delightful combination of crispy chicken and zesty dill pickle flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by placing it in a bowl and pouring the dill pickle juice over it. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat for frying.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Coat each marinated chicken breast generously with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet or in the frying pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, consider double coating the chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
