  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until fully blended.
  4. Combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash first, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure it sticks.
