  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Whisk the eggs until combined and fluffy in a bowl.
  3. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then transfer it to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Place the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Slice and enjoy warm.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using panko breadcrumbs, or try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat.
