  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Coat the egg-dipped chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry each cutlet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
