A warm and hearty chicken pot pie made effortlessly in a crock pot, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tube of refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. In your crock pot, toss together the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Cut the tube of refrigerated biscuits into quarters. Gently fold these biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until just combined.
  3. Cover your crock pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Spoon portions into bowls or onto plates while warm and enjoy your cozy chicken pot pie!
