Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot in a single layer.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the entire box of stuffing mix on top of the chicken.
  5. Add an additional cup of chicken broth over the stuffing to keep it moist during cooking.
  6. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is fork-tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider searing the chicken before placing it in the Crockpot. Adjust seasonings and try adding vegetables for variation.
