Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gently slice the croissants in half to create a top and bottom.
  3. In a skillet, cook the eggs to your preference—scrambled, fried, or poached.
  4. If using bacon, cook it until crispy and warm the ham in the same skillet or a separate one.
  5. Layer the cooked eggs on the bottom half of the croissant, followed by a slice of cheese, ham, and bacon.
  6. Add any favorite toppings, like avocado or hot sauce.
  7. Close the sandwich and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
