  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended with 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning and a squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture, cooking for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan until heated through.
  4. In a non-stick skillet, melt the cheese until golden brown and crispy. Shape it into a lace piece as it cools.
