A vibrant and refreshing Easter Salad that combines mixed greens, strawberries, goat cheese, and walnuts, drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and sliced strawberries.
  2. Add in the crumbled goat cheese and chopped walnuts.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish!

Notes

For a nut-free version, omit the walnuts. You can also swap goat cheese for feta. For added flavor, consider toasting the walnuts before adding.
