Ingredients

  • Cinnamon

  • Tortillas

  • Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Dip bread sticks into the egg mixture until fully coated.
  3. Place coated bread sticks in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Cook diced potatoes in the air fryer or stovetop until tender.
  6. Mix cooked potatoes with cheese, breakfast meats, and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  7. Scoop filling onto each tortilla and wrap them securely.
  8. Place burritos seam side down in the air fryer and cook until crispy.
