A quick and flavorful air fryer chicken dish with a crispy garlic parmesan crust, perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs until well blended.
  3. Brush each chicken breast thoroughly with olive oil to ensure it’s well-coated.
  4. Dip each breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to make sure the coating adheres.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding for even cooking.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has a golden-brown crust.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Feel free to swap regular breadcrumbs for panko for a crunchier texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
