Delicious and crispy chicken thighs baked to perfection, packed with flavor and easy to make for a weeknight dinner.

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture generously all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with roasted vegetables, rice, or salad. Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
