  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk the mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Generously spoon the ranch mixture over each breast, making sure they’re well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top if you desire an extra crunch.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
