A hearty and flavorful breakfast casserole made with beef sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for busy mornings and family gatherings.

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the beef sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and diced bell peppers until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
