A delightful breakfast pizza topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven based on the instructions for your pizza crust.
  2. Beat the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage or bacon (if using), diced bell peppers, and sliced green onions until everything is well combined.
  4. Spread the egg mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of cheese on top.
  6. Bake according to the crust package instructions, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Slice the pizza into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
