A delightful breakfast pizza topped with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese over a flaky crust.

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust (13.8 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 6 pieces Bacon
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust onto a baking sheet to form a crust.
  3. Brush the surface with olive oil to give it that golden touch.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  5. Scramble the egg mixture in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring gently until just cooked.
  6. Chop the bacon and crisp it in another pan until golden brown.
  7. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza crust.
  8. Sprinkle the crispy bacon pieces on top of the eggs.
  9. Layer generously with shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling, usually around 15-20 minutes.
  11. Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing it into perfect portions.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute bacon with turkey bacon or sautéed veggies. Experiment with different cheese blends for added flavor.
