Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk or yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Fruit (like berries or bananas)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach or other vegetables
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine oats, milk or yogurt, chia seeds, and honey.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Top with your favorite fruit.
  4. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. In a bowl, whisk your eggs until well mixed.
  7. Add in chopped vegetables and cheese of your choice.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
