Ingredients

  • Slider rolls
  • Deli roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Onion (optional)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the slider rolls in half.
  3. Generously layer the bottom halves with deli roast beef and add slices of provolone cheese on top.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls snugly over the cheese.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth with diced onion (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until the mixture is simmering.
  6. Brush the tops of the slider rolls with melted butter to achieve a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops are beautifully golden brown.
  8. Serve the sliders warm, accompanied by the beef broth for dipping.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap roast beef for sautéed mushrooms or grilled vegetables, and use plant-based cheese.
