Delicious sliders filled with roast beef and provolone cheese, served warm with savory au jus for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Au jus (beef broth)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Generously layer the roast beef across the buns, then add slices of provolone cheese on top.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and beef layers.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tops of the buns turn golden brown.
  7. Heat the au jus in a saucepan or microwave until warm. Serve the sliders hot alongside the au jus for a delectable dipping experience.

Notes

Feel free to swap the provolone for Swiss cheese or the roast beef for turkey. For an extra kick, add Worcestershire sauce to the au jus.
