Juicy roast beef sliders with gooey provolone cheese, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Onion (optional)
  • Garlic powder
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Evenly layer the sliced roast beef over the buns, followed by a generous amount of provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the seasoned beef broth over the sliders, ensuring they are well-saturated.
  7. Melt some butter and brush it generously over the top of the sliders.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve immediately with extra beef broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using Swiss cheese or sautéed onions. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
