Delicious and quick to make, these Easy Ground Beef Tacos are perfect for busy weeknights and can be customized with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
  2. Cook the beef until it’s browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain any excess fat to keep the dish light.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and water; mix well.
  5. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  7. Fill each shell with the beef mixture.
  8. Top generously with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and your favorite salsa.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
