Quick and family-friendly tacos made with seasoned ground beef and customizable toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and break it apart as it cooks until browned.
  3. Once browned, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning, adding water as instructed on the package. Let it simmer until the mixture thickens.
  5. While the beef simmers, warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
  6. Assemble your tacos by gently filling each shell with the seasoned ground beef.
  7. Top generously with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
