  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant pieces, ensuring all are thoroughly coated.
