Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the heated pan.
  3. Sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the egg noodles, cooking according to package instructions until al dente. Drain excess liquid.
  7. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and return the chicken to the pan.
  8. Toss everything gently to combine, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.

For extra flavor, marinate chicken in herbs before cooking or use rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
