A warm, cheesy, and hearty breakfast casserole that combines breakfast sausage, crescent rolls, and eggs for a comforting start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8oz) Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 blended eggs
  • 2 heaping cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
  3. Stretch the crescent dough across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the browned sausage evenly over the crescent dough.
  5. Pour the blended eggs over the sausage layer for even distribution.
  6. Top with 2 heaping cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and the eggs have set.
