Tender and juicy chicken thighs marinated with soy sauce, fresh herbs, and garlic, roasted until perfectly crisp.

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs (Bone-in, skin-on preferred)
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Thyme (Fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary (Chopped, fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, ensuring they fit snugly. Pour the marinade over the thighs, coating them thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After marinating, put the dish in your preheated oven and let them bake for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispier skin, pat the chicken dry before marinating and consider broiling for the last few minutes of cooking.
