A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip perfect for appetizers or snacks, blending salty feta, smooth cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
  2. Use a hand mixer or food processor to whip everything together until the dip is silky and homogenous. Stop and scrape down the bowl as needed.
  3. If using, gently fold the cherry tomatoes into the whipped dip so they keep some texture.
  4. Spoon the dip into a serving dish and sprinkle chopped fresh herbs on top if desired.
  5. Serve warm or cold alongside crackers, toasted pita, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For the creamiest result, crumble the feta into small pieces before blending. The dip tastes even better after resting for 30 minutes as flavors meld.
