A simple and flavorful baked chicken breast recipe with a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 68 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. If some chicken breasts are thicker, pound them lightly for even cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano until smooth.
  4. Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts, then spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on top.
  5. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
  6. Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for 5 to 10 minutes to lock in moisture and flavor.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and allow the chicken to rest before serving.
