Easy and comforting French Dip sliders made with roast beef and Swiss cheese, perfect for parties or casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced roast beef
  • Swiss cheese
  • Au jus or beef broth
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the slider buns and layer with slices of roast beef and Swiss cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Brush the mixture on top of the buns.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with warm au jus for dipping.

Notes

For a different flavor, substitute Swiss with provolone or Gruyère. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
