Delightful French Toast Sticks made with fluffy brioche bread, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread into 1-inch wide strips.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture by mixing milk, flour, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
