A quick and delightful treat combining cream cheese and fresh fruit in a crispy tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Blueberries (or any fruit of your choice)
  • Optional: honey or cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on one side of a tortilla.
  2. Evenly sprinkle your chosen fruit—like blueberries—over the cream cheese layer.
  3. Place another tortilla on top to form a quesadilla.
  4. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until it’s golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve warm. For an extra touch, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes

Feel free to swap in your favorite fruits or use flavored cream cheese for an extra kick. Mascarpone can also be used instead of cream cheese.
