A flavorful dish featuring juicy chicken breasts in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Generously season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For a spicier version, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
