Cozy, handheld cheeseburgers tucked into flaky biscuit dough, kissed with parmesan and baked until golden.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until no pink remains.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar until melted.
  5. Unroll the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit, and cut circles if needed.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese filling on each dough round. Fold dough and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  7. Arrange sealed bombs on the baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Use pre-shredded cheese and store-bought dough for a faster preparation.
