A simple yet indulgent dish that combines tender chicken breasts with a rich garlic and Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear each side until golden brown, around 4-5 minutes.
  5. Carefully pour the white wine into the skillet, followed by sprinkling the shredded Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute white wine with chicken broth. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
