A quick and creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken dish that combines juicy chicken breasts with a rich, flavorful sauce.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  6. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well in the sauce.
  8. Heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, paired with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs before cooking. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
