  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them generously with the garlic cream mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.
