Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Spaghetti: Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Once it’s at a rolling boil, add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add Garlic: Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Creamy Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season: Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper into the sauce and mix well to combine all the flavors.
  6. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, making sure the pasta is thoroughly coated with the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot.
