A tangy and creamy German coleslaw dressing that’s perfect for summer BBQs and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar, Dijon mustard, and celery seed into the bowl.
  3. Season generously with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more sugar if you prefer it sweeter or more vinegar for extra tang.
  5. Use the dressing immediately on your coleslaw or refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

Notes
