Delicious pinwheel cookies made from ready-made cookie dough, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Pinwheel Sugar Cookie Dough
  • Striped Shortbread Cookie Dough
  • Sprinkle Shortbread Cookie Dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the temperature specified on each cookie dough package.
  2. Unwrap the dough logs and slice them into uniform rounds, about 1/4–1/2 inch thick.
  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving 1–2 inches between cookies.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the cookies are set and the edges turn golden, usually around 10–12 minutes.
  5. Let cookies cool for 2–3 minutes on the sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies can be enjoyed warm or cooled completely before storing. For best results, use light-colored baking sheets for even browning.
