Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a large bowl. Mix until a dough begins to form.
  3. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece to shape it into a bagel.
  5. Arrange the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with an egg wash, then sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and fragrant.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
