Instructions

  1. Start with a bowl or jar that has a lid for mixing and storing.
  2. Add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Gradually mix in 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, stirring gently to prevent clumping.
  4. Pour in 1/4 cup of your selected milk and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup for the desired sweetness.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract along with a pinch of salt for an extra flavor kick.
  6. Mix everything thoroughly for about a minute, ensuring the chia seeds are evenly dispersed.
  7. Seal the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for optimal texture.
  8. When ready to enjoy, give the pudding another stir and customize it with fresh berries, a drizzle of peanut butter, or a sprinkle of granola.

Notes
