Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sugar-free pudding mix. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Gradually add the milk, stirring vigorously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add your choice of sweetener and mix well.
  4. Spoon the creamy mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
