Delicious and customizable ham and cheese egg cups perfect for a quick breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  3. Gently press a slice of ham into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
  4. Distribute the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the ham in each cup.
  5. Carefully crack an egg over the cheese in each ham cup.
  6. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until your eggs are set to your preference.
  8. Once baked, remove from oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.

Notes

These egg cups can be prepared the night before and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
