  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure an even distribution.
