Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Combine diced potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added sweetness, sprinkle with brown sugar or toss in rosemary for herby flavor. These also reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
