  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the diced strawberries gently until evenly distributed.
