  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Generously spread the mayonnaise mixture over each chicken breast.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the mayonnaise-coated chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully covered.
