  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a medium bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade generously all over the chicken, ensuring to coat it evenly.
  4. Lay the lemon slices on top of the chicken for added moisture and flavor.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
